Meet Aliky Kouroupis

 Aliky is now establishing herself as a coach. With 25 years dedicated to studying, she concurrently served as a coach, mentor, healer, and yoga/meditation instructor. Aliky boasts over two decades of active service, acquiring certifications in yoga, meditation, pranic healing, holistic lifestyle coaching, and coaching aligned with International Coaching Federation guidelines, Positive Intelligence (R) Coach and Holistic Lifestyle coaching and Emotion Code.  

The Mission

Aliky's mission is to guide individuals and groups toward authenticity, freedom, and soul-level success, extending her dedication beyond coaching to lead others in realising their dreams and embodying abundance through alignment.


 I support women in career who are single mothers/care takers and high achievers to beat Burn out, get over Overwhelm and live in alignment with strategies in a 90 day program that Transforms your life and enables you to live Authentically in Abundance. High achievers often have athletically talented kids and I support mums in coaching their kids with wellbeing, self care strategies, injury prevention, goal setting strategies and managing their schedules effectively for the betterment of all.
